FORM VI – Shoá Museum

It was a highly anticipated visit. Throughout the year in the History program Form VI children study the World Wars and analyze the European historical context and the complex social, political and economic factors that may have contributed to the Holocaust. The visit to the Shoá Museum allowed us to go even deeper into the knowledge of this brutal stage that is part of the hardest history of Humanity. Knowing historical events helps us to better understand the society in which we live, allows us to interpret present conflicts and prevent future ones. Learning history helps to think, stimulates reflection and contributes to developing our critical capacity so as to be fairer and more respectful people.
